Determination and Persistence = Strength

Strength is a by-product of tenacity.

Some days motivation comes on cue like a sunrise. But most days it simply requires discipline. Putting in the time to do the work. It’s not glamorous or easy but this is how real change occurs.

Foundation Training will not fix everything overnight. Nothing will. Don’t let anyone try to sell you on that idea. Your body is entirely capable of getting healthier, stronger and moving without pain. Though this is an ongoing process of learning, applying and adapting.

Let this be your reminder to keep at it. Today’s moment of trying will make a difference. Be patient with yourself and your story. If you cannot do the 20 minute workout, do 5 minutes. If you can’t do much movement, focus on your breathing skills.

Do what you can. Persist.
