Fill in The Gaps

Don’t stop moving just figure out how to do it better. There isn’t a bad way to exercise though sometimes you may need to fill in the gaps to make your movements more effective. Intention, intensity, and focus allows any moment to be an opportunity to move and feel better. Foundation Training is not a separate workout. It’s an accessory; making Foundation Training a part of the whole to your health and well-being routine.
